There are different types of malpractice however the most common type is medical malpractice. Strong evidence of malpractice is needed prior to making the allegation. Medical malpractice can result from human error, indifference, inattentiveness, negligence and/or malice. Malpractice investigations conducted by our investigators includes: interviews of all involved in the care of the injured person; a complete review of medical records to locate false reporting, tampering or inconsistencies; background investigation on the medical person or persons to discover any history of past maltreatment or malpractice allegations. Our goal is to provide detailed documentation to use as evidence in court, or to force an out of court settlement.
